Bob is a retired pharmaceutical account director with 40 years of experience working for GlaxoSmithkline.   In 2016 Bob had the opportunity to work for a non-profit in Hanoi Vietnam.   Bob moved to Hanoi for 6 months and worked as a volunteer for the Clinton Health Initiative.   During his work with the Clinton Foundation Bob was focused on programs related to HIV and Tuberculosis.   This opportunity was life changing and lead to his passion to help the less fortunate.   

Upon retiring in 2020 Bob redirected his efforts to finding ways to help others and has made multiple visits back to Vietnam where he now has an established network of friends.  Most recently Bob founded Child Surgery Vietnam-USA to provide financial support to organizations like C2 that are focused on helping children with congenital birth defects in poorest most remote provinces in Vietnam.   On a personal note Bob has been married to his high school sweetheart Cheryl for 42 years and they have 4 amazing adult children.
